👤 About Me

Hi, I’m James Walker, PhD — aka Dr. Change.

Founder and principal. I’m an Organizational Leadership Scientist, Board Certified Coach, EQ-I 2.0/360 Certified Practitioner, adjunct professor, and member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). I hold an MBA and a plethora of business certifications, including the SHRM-SCP, PMP, ICP-ACC, APMG Change Management Practitioner, and more. I am in a rare position to do what I enjoy, blending psychological science with business accruement to deliver leadership optimization and organizational success.

Whether I’m coaching a C-suite leader, facilitating an organizational pivot, or teaching leadership theory to future managers, I bring clarity, credibility, and transformation to every engagement.
